Brittany Pumphrey, LMSW
Clinical Social Work Intern
I believe life’s purpose begins & ends with the breath. Outside of the breath, we are given the willpower to decide how to live life- purposely. Being connected with the community helps us to live more intently. Many of us who have overcome adversities have also sat in the client’s chair. Everything shall align with our self-determined purpose.
As a licensed master social worker, I provide community counseling services that primarily target adolescents (13-18), & young adults (18-40), & their families. As a culturally competent & trauma-informed associate therapist I offer personalized clinical evaluations and therapy services for individuals & groups. I have 9 years of experience in community & medical-based mental health.
I am honored for this opportunity to support you in finding ways to connect with or reignite your inherent self-worth & balance. I look forward to helping you bridge the gaps within yourself, your homes, & family systems.

Sharetha Nicole Simpson
Licensed Massage Therapist | Reiki Master
I am a proud Native Houstonian, 40 years of age, full of life, joy, and truth. My passions are educating and being the catalyst that aids others in their healing physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. I taught 6th grade Writing and Reading for six years in the public educational school system and transitioned into healing touch, Massage Therapy. I received an excellent education from a Steiner Institute, The Texas Center of Massage Therapy, and graduated December 2014.
In the summer of 2014 my paternal grandmother decided to remove herself from dialysis so I knew it was only a matter of time before she transitioned into her new life. The week before she passed I visited her at her home and I asked, “Grand mommy, can I massage your feet?” For about 3 minutes she argued, “No.”, however, I soon convinced her and she exclaimed how good it felt. Soon she was fast asleep, but I was in tears. I knew it was the first time someone had ever massaged her feet in her whole life and the last time I would see her. I felt a calm, a peace about helping her to move forward for her next phase of life. This experience supplied me with a special place in my heart for our Elders. As a result, I have embraced the spiritual gift of aiding people transitioning to their next phase of life I love and I am qualified to perform the following Energy Works: Cranial and Sacral Therapy, Reiki Therapy, Reflexology, Shiatsu, and Acupressure. I am well versed in Pre-Natal/Post-Natal Massage, Structural and Movement, Trigger Point, Russian Sports Massage, Sports Massage and The human touch is powerful and healing, furthermore, I am ecstatic that the healing art of Massage Therapy chose me to be a catalyst. We transfer our energy, love, and compassion through our touch which is needed now more than ever and forevermore.
I leave with you peace, light, and Infynite Wellness.
Certified Yoga Practitioner
I am a local Houstonian with formal training in Vinyasa and in restorative yoga. My passion for yoga is in connecting each breath to the movements of the body and the ability to flow with the beauty of nature. I understands that every student is equipped with their own unique body type, and I work with individuals to create necessary modifications throughout each practice session. I thrive in helping individuals feel the magic of each pose. I enjoy warm hugs, cycling, sub-yoga, camping, and connecting with Mother Nature. I am constantly seeking ways to grow as a student, a teacher, and as a human being.
I currently teach group and private yoga classes to students of all levels. I strive to create a safe and inviting space that will help you connect with your breath, body, and mind. Most importantly, I want to make you feel at home. I am sincerely looking forward to working with you!
